the collective

We are diverse leaders, thinkers, practitioners and industry specialists who believe the future of construction, manufacturing and infrastructure must become more integrated, productive, sustainable and human-centred.

The Collective is not defined by a single discipline, company or ideology. It is defined by people willing to collaborate across boundaries, challenge outdated systems, and contribute to meaningful industry transformation through action rather than rhetoric.

Our members combine strategic thinking with practical capability. They are connectors, builders, educators, innovators, and operators who understand that lasting change occurs when diverse perspectives align around shared purpose.

Together, we help government, industry and communities navigate the transition toward industrialised construction, modern manufacturing and scalable delivery models that improve outcomes for people and place.

we take action

The Collective values contribution over hierarchy, curiosity over ego, and practical action over performative innovation.

values + principles

Foment Collective believes the future of construction will be shaped through connected ecosystems, collaborative leadership and industrial transformation.

These principles guide how we work with governments, industry, manufacturers and innovators to enable more productive, resilient and scalable outcomes for the built environment.

Passion

Foment Collective is driven by a belief that the construction industry can and must evolve to deliver better outcomes for people, communities and the built environment.

We are passionate about enabling meaningful industry transformation through connected thinking, practical implementation and collaborative leadership.

Diversity

Foment Collective believes the strongest outcomes emerge from diverse perspectives, experiences and disciplines working together toward a shared purpose.

We value diversity across industry, culture, expertise and ways of thinking because complex challenges require integrated and multidisciplinary solutions.

Collaboration

Industrialised construction succeeds through connected ecosystems, not isolated organisations.

Foment Collective brings together government, industry, manufacturing, delivery and innovation stakeholders to align strategy, capability and implementation around shared outcomes.

Innovation

Foment Collective believes innovation is realised through practical application, not ideas alone.

We support new approaches, industrial thinking and scalable delivery models that help evolve the construction industry toward more productive, resilient and repeatable outcomes.
